Description

(39 pages)

In this publication there are ten basic sequences of âsana, prânâyâma and mudrâ with 108 breaths. They are divided in two groups; the second group is more intense than the first.

The five sequences of the first group were created with the objective of having a general coherent action on your whole body, taking into consideration the main needs of our society. They invigorate the digestive fire and align, straighten, purify and relax your body.

The sequences of the second group include the Head-to-Knee Pose, the Shoulderstand, a combination of the Warrior Pose with the Half Bow Pose, the Seated Forward Bending Pose and the “Great Seal”.

Each sequence includes a brief summary and description.

These sequences may be a decisive step towards a regular daily practice, which is always greatly beneficial.

Note that no book replaces a teacher! Please ask your teacher if these sequences are adequate for you!
