This volume has six chapters, and each chapter contains three sequences: a shrishti sequence, for younger people, children and teenagers, a sthiti sequence, usually for adults, and an anta sequence for people who are more interested in internalization. In all, we have six sequences of each type.
The first chapter explains these three concepts (shrishti, sthiti and anta) and illustrates them with sequences; the other five chapters are dedicated to vertebral twist (parivritti), the Warrior Pose, Seated Forward Bend Pose, Half Bow Pose and inversion (viparîta karanî). They also explain other concepts, such as brimhana, langhana, samâna, nyâsa, justifies the relation between prayer/mantra and breathing phases, reviews the main prânâyâma techniques, suggests some gradual progressions, gives some hints about how to jump (in the sequences for younger people), etc.
